Laminating

We are able to laminate any paper size from 2” x 3 1/2” up to 58” wide and any length! Our high speed laminator can run press sheet sizes 8.5” x 11” to 26” x 40”. We offer all types of films and thicknesses. Film finishes can be glossy, matte or satin. Our film is also available as; Glueable films or scuff resistant matte film for book covers or presentation folders!

Lamination can be single or double sided, trimmed flush to the paper, or encapsulated with a sealed edge.

Also available our new Lamination surface you can write on, wipe clear and write on again.

Wide Format Laminating:

Laminate up to 60” Wide

Wide format laminate is specially designed to melt at a low temperature and provide a higher quality adhesive, excellent for ink jet prints, photographs and art. Memphis Laminating Company has the wide format lamination the digital printing industry requires. We can also mount your large format prints to foamcore or gatorboard.

Common Laminating Cover:

• Clear polyester – high-gloss, durable and scratch resistant.
• OPP – high-gloss, write-on/wipe-off surface with dry erase markers. Great for one sided applications.
• Matte-finish polyester – low-gloss, durable and great for readability.

Laminating Thicknesses available:

• 1.7mil, 3mil, 5mil, 10mil. (specialty orders for 7ml)

Edge Options:

• Flush Cut, Edge Sealed, Varied Margin Seal, Round Corners, Square Corners.

Post Lamination Service Options:

• Heat folding (menus, pop displays), Hole Drilling, eyeleting, grommeting, easel backing, slot punching, round cornering, etc.

Pouch Laminating

Perfect for small jobs requiring a sealed edge such as business cards, ID badges, name tags, etc.

Round Cornering

Round cornering helps prevent injuries from sharp edges and corners.

• Corner sizes – 1/4” and 1/8”

Drilling

Practical for materials to be used in binders or ID Badges that need a lanyard.

• Hole sizes are 3/16”, 1/4”, 3/8”

Trimming

• Up to 36 1/2” wide. Leave the cutting to us.

Adds longer-lasting durability to drilled holes
